Cancellation Policy

Consultation: $25 (non-refundable, applied to scheduled service) Deposit: 50% due before service, remaining 50% due upon completion Travel Fee: Memphis + immediate surrounding areas — $25 flat Cancellation Fee: $50 No call / no update: No further bookings permitted Loyalty Reward: ● 2 months continuous service → $50 off ● 6 months continuous service → Up to $100 off any Deluxe service
