Our Services

• All time allowances are total labor-hours. Two cleaners working two hours equals four labor-hours.

• Starting prices apply to normal conditions within the stated size limits. Excessive clutter, buildup, pet hair,

biohazards, pest activity, or unsafe conditions require separate approval and pricing.

• Quotes are valid for 14 days. Recurring rates may be adjusted if the scope, condition, or frequency changes.

• Commercial consumables and specialty equipment are not included unless written into the proposal.

• Service is available in Memphis, Shelby County, and approved nearby areas. Travel outside the normal service area

is quoted in advance; Madison County and Jackson are not served.

• Add Electrostatic Disinfection services to a scheduled cleaning starting at $100 for Residential and $175 for Commercial. Special conditions and Important service information will be given at the time of the appointment.
